We understand that construction projects involve strict budgets and tight timelines. Therefore, we maintain a transparent, fair, and structured refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and mutual trust between our firm and our valued contractor clients.
Our primary goal is complete client satisfaction. Because construction estimating requires dedicated professional labor, precise digital measurements, and customized trade pricing breakdowns, our refund and cancellation terms vary depending on the stage of the project at the time the request is made. Please review the specific conditions below carefully before submitting a project or requesting a cancellation.
Prior to Project Commencement: If you submit an order, upload your blueprints, or make a payment, but decide to cancel the project before our estimating team has downloaded your files, initiated quantity surveying, or started any technical work, you are fully eligible for a 100% full refund.
Cancellation Window: To qualify for a full pre-commencement refund, cancellation requests must be sent via email within 24 hours of initial payment and before work execution has officially begun.
After Work Has Commenced: Once our estimators have accessed your architectural blueprints, structural drawings, or specifications and begun the takeoff process, the order cannot be canceled for a full refund. This is due to the immediate allocation of professional engineering and estimating resources.
We recognize that construction scopes can sometimes shift or require adjustments based on specific contractor feedback.
Complimentary Revisions: We do not typically issue cash refunds for completed estimates if the initial instructions were followed. Instead, we offer comprehensive, free-of-charge revisions within 7 days of the final project delivery. If you notice any missed items, miscalculated quantities, or discrepancies according to your original plan notes, our team will adjust the report promptly at no extra cost.
Dispute Resolution: In the rare event that a completed estimate contains significant structural calculation errors directly attributable to our team, clients must notify us in writing within 5 business days of receipt. Our management will review the technical audit trail and, if an error is verified, issue an appropriate partial or full refund based on the scope affected.
Please note that certain services offered by Perfecto Estimating Services are strictly non-refundable once initiated or delivered:
Rush/Expedited Project Fees: Additional fees paid for expedited or same-day turnaround estimates are non-refundable once the rush processing has been successfully delivered.
Monthly Retainer / Subscription Plans: If you subscribe to a monthly recurring estimating or bid management package, payments for the active billing cycle are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time prior to the next billing cycle date to avoid future charges.
